Booking recurring cleaning
To create a one-time (ad hoc) cleaning session, go to the Booking page on the Luce web app. From here you will proceed through the following interfaces to customise your cleaning session:
Choose Cleaning Frequency
You will start in the frequency page. Choose between Weekly or Fortnightly, depending on when you need the sessions. If you need cleaning more than once a week, select this option to chat with our Sales team. Click Proceed to move to the next step.

Choose Cleaning Duration
Select your preferred session duration, either 3 or 4 hours. The minimum session duration is 3 hours. Click Proceed to move to the next step.

Find Availability
Type in your postal code and click Find Availability to check for open slots near you.

Select a Slot
You can scroll down the slots to see more available slots, and click See More at the bottom of the slot interface. The rate displayed between each session is the hourly cost for that session.

Once you have found a slot that works for you, click Continue. You will be promoted to log in or create an account or sign into your existing account.
Review Details
On the final booking page, enter your full name, phone number, email, and complete address in their respective input boxes. Under Additional Info you can provide information on how you would like your cleaner to enter your home and whether you need them to call you before they reach, or if they need to come to your floor via a specific lift. You can then add any additional cleaning notes at the bottom of the interface, such as particular tasks you would like the cleaner to help with, or any special instructions you would like her to follow in your house. Click Continue to proceed to the final page.

Confirm the job
Confirm the job details and final price at the top of the page, and when you're ready to proceed, enter your payment details into the Payment Info box. Finally, check the terms of use box and then click Complete Booking.
