Reporting an issue with an invoice or payment

We do our best to make sure that you are billed the correct amount. If we have missed something on your bill, or if you think your rate for the month is incorrect, please get in touch with our billing team on WhatsApp or by phone call on +65 3138 4899. We will verify the issue for you and help you rectify your invoice.


If you accidentally made an overpayment, you can contact our billing team by WhatsApp or phone on +65 3138 4899. We can refund the overpaid money or add the money to your account as a credit - whichever you would prefer. We will also let you know if we notice an incorrect payment on your account and get instructions from you on what you would like us to do.

How long will it take to be refunded?

It will take a maximum of 10 days after submitting your refund request provided all the details are correct.
