Terminating your cleaning contract

Before you end your cleaning contract, please feel free to reach out to our support team to see what we can do to rectify any issues you've faced or to make your future cleaning experience better.

To terminate your contract, send a message to our WhatsApp or give us a phone call at +65 3138 4827. Just let us know the reason you want to finish your contract and anything else we could have done better. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice before the start time of your next session.

Do I need to complete a minimum number of sessions before I terminate?

Yes. Our recurring contract period is a minimum of four sessions. If you terminate early, there will be an early-termination fee applied to your account.

Can I just tell my cleaner not to come anymore?

Our cleaners' calendars are managed by our office staff, and we want to avoid cases where your cleaner forgets to tell us this information on time. To ensure we can process your termination quickly and easily, please send us a WhatsApp or give us a call at +65 3138 4827.
