If you're having trouble when accessing your Luce Account, you can visit our page and type in your email address.

Instructions will be sent to your email address in an email titled Claim Account from no-reply@lucemg.com. If you don't receive this email, make sure to check your junk and spam inboxes in case your email provider has filtered the email. Click the Claim Beta Account button in the email, and set a password for your account.

Voila! Your account is now ready for use. You can access your account any time from the page. If you forget your password, you can find the instructions to .
